Shrubs are fermented beverages that are both refreshing and healthy. In this workshop, you will learn how to make old-fashioned shrubs at home using fruit and herbs and the health benefits of incorporating shrubs in your life. Participants will sample various shrubs and take home a small jar of shrub. Class lasts between 30-45 minutes including time for questions and answers. Limited to 16 participants per class.
