Fermented Salsa Workshop | Sourdough Bread Festival

In this workshop, you will learn how simple it is to ferment your own salsa at home, how to apply it in your meals and the health benefits. Participants will make and take a small jar of fermented salsa home. Class lasts between 30-45 minutes including time for questions and answers. Limited to 16 participants per class.
