Black Bench Champagne

Black Bench Champagne, sourced directly from the vineyards of Champagne, France. Our champagne grower, Monial, boasts a storied legacy dating back to the 12th century, established by the Cistercian Monks of Clairvaux Abbey.

Under the guidance of Winemaker Marina Chevalier, who assumed the reins from her father in 2016, our Champagne is meticulously crafted from hand-harvested Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, employing organic farming practices and traditional techniques. Indulge in the delicate effervescence, mineral nuances, and zesty lemon peel notes of our crisp and delicious Champagne, perfect for any festivity!

Grapes: 90% Pinot Noir & 10% Chardonnay

Tasting Notes: Delicate mousse, mineral, crisp, and lemon peels

Vinification: Malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel for 6 months, and matured on lees for 2 years.

Alc. 12 % by Vol. 750mL.
